This course is a condensed Masterclass course, based on the ‘Illicit drug and drug contamination, fundamentals for Local Government Authorised Officers’ training course. It has been specifically developed to support Local Government Authorised Officers in the safe, effective and risk based management of issues related to illicit drugs and drug contamination which may be encountered during the course of their varied duties, or require management under their enabling legislation or within the context of their regulatory roles.

This Masterclass is taught by experts with hands-on, real world practical forensic, law enforcement, illicit drug investigation, public health and Government regulatory experience. The course has been developed specifically for Local Government Authorised Officers to build their capacity and professional knowledge in the specialist areas of illicit drugs, clandestine drug manufacture, drug contamination and the risk-based management of these post crime-scene environments.
