Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of
Environmental Health Australia Limited
will be held virtually
at 4:00 pm (AEST)
on Friday 10th November 2023

Call for nominations to the board are now closed.
The purpose of the AGM is to:
1. To confirm the AGM Minutes of 26th September 2022.
2. To receive the National President's Report for activities over the past 12 months
3. To receive the Audited Financial Accounts for the financial year ending June 30, 2023
4. To appoint an Auditor for the EHA Financial Accounts for the financial year 2023– 2024
5. To appoint Directors on the Environmental Health Australia Board
6. Other Business
Constitution Items 31, 32 and 34 outlines the composition and board procedures including that half of the Board must stand down at each AGM, whilst still being eligible for re-election.
Section 26 of the Constitution enables a Member the right to appoint a proxy. If a proxy is to be appointed, the details must be received by national@eh.org.au at the close of business on Friday 3 November 2023.
