Allergy & Anaphylaxis in Food Premises: What EHOs need to know

Environmental Health Australia (WA), in conjunction with Allergy & Anaphylaxis Australia and the Department of Health WA will be presenting a series of free workshops on ‘Allergy & Anaphylaxis in Food Premises : What EHOs need to know’.

The first in the series will be held at the City of Bayswater on Friday 24th May from 9.15 – 12.30pm.
A second metropolitan workshop will be held in June/July at the City of Cockburn.

Regional workshops are also proposed for later in 2013 in Geraldton, Busselton and Kalgoorlie.

The Workshop will consist of presentations from Sandra Vale, State Vice-President, Allergy & Anaphylaxis Australia and Food Unit, DOH and then be followed by practical scenarios to help EHOs clearly understand their role and obligations with regard to this rather ‘grey’ area of legislation.

Time: 9.15 registration for a 9.30 start - Finish 12.30. Morning tea will be provided.
